• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity may be eligible for a refund.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.
• Weather or safety-related cancellations by us will be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Health & Safety

Participants must be in good health and complete any required medical forms honestly. Scuba Lovers reserves the right to refuse service if a participant is deemed unfit to dive.

4. Responsibility & Liability

While we follow strict safety standards, diving involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Scuba Lovers is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages beyond our control.

5. Equipment Usage

All equipment provided must be handled responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence may be charged to the participant.

6. Certification Requirements

Certain diving activities require valid certification. Participants must present appropriate credentials when required.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, dive sites, or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
